MEMORANDUM
Sub: – Onboarding of PHE, Irrigation & Waterways department, WRI&D & KMDA in the Unified Project Management System (UPMS) Portal in IFMS for management of the complete life-cycle of a project.
The Unified Project Management System (UPMS) portal for monitoring of projects (including tracking annual physical and financial progress), throughout their life cycle, from initiation to completion of the project has been developed and the domain wbupms.wb.gov.in has been live online since 03-05-2023, as per Government Order No. 3580-F(Y) dated 31-05-2023.
In continuation of the stated order dated 31-05-2023, the PWD department has already been onboarded onto this portal vide order no 61-F(e-Gov) dated 07.01.2025.
Now, in Continuation of the stated orders dated 31-05-2023 & 07.01.2025, the PHE, Irrigation & Waterways department, WRI&D & KMDA are being onboarded onto this portal, and henceforth, all projects of PHE, Irrigation & Waterways department, WRI&D & KMDA would be processed through this portal for managing the complete life-cycle of a project.
This order will take immediate effect in the interest of public service.
