I am to request you to kindly note the calendar as follows:

| 2. | Online Registration process for Class IX students from the Academic Year 2025, who will be appearing for the Madhyamik Pariksha (SE) in 2027. The website www.wbbsedata.com will be available for online registration from 11:00 AM on 14th July 2025 till 12:00 Midnight on 30th August, 2025. [Minimum Age circular and other allied instruction will be reflected on the website]. Please read the INSTRUCTION before Online Registration. Notification regarding Online Registration will be published on or after 30th June, 2025. | ||
| 3. | 9th September, 2025 (Tuesday) | Registration Report alongwith remitted challan or online payment receipt | |
| 4. | The Online Enrolment process for eligible candidates (Regular, Continuing, and Compartmental) as per Gazette Notification No. S/488 dated 03.07.2001 vide Clause 17 & 18 and as amended vide Gazette Notification No. S/210 dated 23.10.2008, for appearing at the Madhyamik Pariksha (Secondary Examination), 2026, will be conducted on and from 11 AM, 2nd December, 2025 and continued till 12 Midnight, of 19th December, 2025. Schools must complete this process through the website: www.wbbsedata.com. Notification regarding Online Enrolment will be published on or after 10th of November, 2025. | ||
| 5. | 23rd December, 2025 (Tuesday) | Printed Enrolment Report, alongwith remitted challan or online payment receipt and other items if any. | a) Registration Certificates for the students of class-IX of the academic session 2025 b) Notification in connection with correction of Registration Certificate of 2025 academic session. |
| 6. | At least 10 days before the commencement of Madhyamik Pariksha (SE), 2026 | FOR EACH SCHOOL a) Admit Card for Madhyamik Pariksha (SE), 2026 b) Circular regarding Correction of Admit Card of Madhyamik Pariksha (SE), 2026 c) Blank EMU/C/1G to be filled up by the school and to be submitted at the Marksheet Distribution Camp.
