The Governor is pleased to bring about the following changes in the existing guidelines to dispose of the cases in a just and equitable manner:
An online requisition portal for the Government of West Bengal Calendar has been developed by Saraswaty Press Limited through which requisitions are requested to be submitted by 5th December, 2022.

Resolution of grievances of the applicants related to Online Single Window Portal for citizens: 15 (fifteen) working days from the date of receiving of application with all requisite documents.
Governor is pleased to introduce digitally signed Caste Certificates through e-signature in respect of issuing authorities in rest of the Sub-divisions of West Bengal.
Governor is pleased to raise/ enhance the ceiling of monthly expenditure for the inspection vehicles used only by the officers of this department as mentioned below.
Governor is pleased to accord sanction to the implementation of the recommendation of the Second National Judicial Pay Commission in regard to the revised pay structure of the Judicial Officers of West Bengal Judicial Service.
In all cases where work order is given inclusive of all taxes and there is no indication of rate of GST in tender document, there will be no scope of change of tendered value by enhancing the GST rate to 18% from 12%.
