Governor is pleased to allow the benefit of advance increments to Teachers, Librarians and Physical instructors who acquired Ph.D./ M.Phil and other higher qualifications.

In order to attract and retain the best talent in the teaching profession, incentives such as advance increments for acquiring higher qualifications, shall be awarded.
