Bonus
The amount of Adhoc Bonus granted to Govt. employee, is calculated as the monthly average of emoluments received through out the current financial year subject to the ceiling limit.
Grant of Ad-hoc Bonus to the employees of State-Aided Non-Govt. Educational Institutions and other Sponsored/ Aided Organization for the year 2016-2017.
State Government employees whose revised emoluments did not exceed Rs. 22,000/- per month as on 31.03.2013 will be entitled to ad-hoc bonus at the rate of Rs. 2,600/- per head.
Employees of the Undertakings/ Statutory Bodies may also be granted an ex-gratia grant of Rs. 4,800/- per head provided their revised emoluments as on 31.03.2022 exceeded Rs. 10,000/- p.m. but did not exceed revised emoluments of Rs. 37,000/- p.m.
The employees of the Public Undertakings/ Statutory Bodies may be granted an ex-gratia grant of Rs. 4,000/-per head provided their revised emoluments as on 31st March, 2019 exceeded Rs. 10,000/- per month but did not exceed Rs. 30,000/- per month.
State Govt employees whose revised emoluments did not exceed Rs. 25,000/- per month will be entitled to ad-hoc bonus at the rate of Rs. 3,400/- per head.
Grant of Ad-hoc Bonus for the year 2018-19 to the employees of the State-Aided Universities under the administrative control of this Department and West Bengal State Council of Higher Education.
State Government employees whose revised emoluments did not exceed Rs. 34250/- per month as on 31.03.2020 will be entitled to ad-hoc bonus for the accounting year 2019-2020 at the rate of Rs. 4,200/- per head.
Employees of Public Undertakings may be allowed to draw an ex-gratia grant of Rs. 3,000/- per head provided their revised emoluments did not exceed Rs. 22,000/- per month.
Employees of Public Undertakings may be allowed to draw an ex-gratia grant of Rs. 2,500/- per head provided their revised emoluments did not exceed Rs. 22,000/- per month.
