The amount of Adhoc Bonus granted to Govt. employee, is calculated as the monthly average of emoluments received through out the current financial year subject to the ceiling limit.
State Government employees whose revised emoluments did not exceed Rs. 24,000/- per month as on 31.03.2015 will be entitled to ad-hoc bonus at the rate of Rs. 3,200/- per head.
All Bonus and Festival Advance bills may be prepared and submitted mandatorily through HRMS system only whenever the applicability of payment will arise.
State Government employees whose revised emoluments did not exceed Rs. 20,000/- per month as on 31.03.2011 will be entitled to ad-hoc bonus at the rate of Rs. 2,100/- per head.
State Government employees whose revised emoluments did not exceed Rs. 30,000/- per month as on 31st March, 2019 will be entitled to ad-hoc bonus for the accounting year 2018-2019 @ Rs. 4,000/- per head.
State Government employees whose revised emoluments did not exceed Rs. 22,000/- per month as on 31.03.2014 will be entitled to ad-hoc bonus at the rate of Rs. 3,000/- per head.
State Govt employees whose revised emoluments did not exceed Rs. 25,000/- per month will be entitled to ad-hoc bonus at the rate of Rs. 3,400/- per head.
Grant of Ad-hoc bonus to the regular employees of the State-aided Universities/ State Aided Non-Government Educational Institutions and other sponsored/aided organizations as well as whole time approved employees of the Hostel/ Mess attached to the Non-Govt. Educational Institutions and other sponsored/ aided organizations/ Employees of Statutory bodies/ Local bodies including approved staff of Day Students’ Home for the year 2020-2021.
State Govt employees whose revised emoluments did not exceed Rs. 26,000/- per month will be entitled to ad-hoc bonus at the rate of Rs. 3,600/- per head.
Government expects that the employers in the unorganized sectors shall also pay bonus/ex-gratia to their workers before commencement of Durga Puja, 2017.
