Bonus
The amount of Adhoc Bonus granted to Govt. employee, is calculated as the monthly average of emoluments received through out the current financial year subject to the ceiling limit.
Grant of Ad-hoc Bonus for the year 2012-13 to the employees of the State- Aided Universities under the administrative control of Higher Education Deptt. and West Bengal State Council of Higher Education.
All whole-time approved teaching and non-teaching staff whose revised emoluments did not exceed Rs. 24000/- per month will be entitled to ad-hoc bonus at the rate of Rs. 3200/- per head.
Grant of Ad-hoc Bonus to the Govt. approved Part time Teachers and Contractual Whole Time Teachers of the Govt./ Govt.-aided Colleges for the year 2016-17.
An ex-gratia grant of Rs. 3,800/- per head may be granted to the employees of Public Undertakings whose monthly emoluments is below Rs. 28,000/- per month.
Grant of Ad-hoc Bonus to the Part-time Teachers (PTTs) and Contractual Whole Time Teachers (CWTTs) of the Government Engineering & Technical Colleges for the year 2013-14.
Employees of Public Undertakings may be allowed to draw an ex-gratia grant of Rs. 3,200/- per head provided their emoluments did not exceed Rs. 24,000/- per month.
Grant of Ad-hoc Bonus to the employees of State-Aided Non-Govt. Educational Institutions and other Sponsored/ Aided Organization for the year 2018-2019.
The employees of the Public Undertakings may be allowed to draw an ex-gratia grant of Rs. 4200/- per head provided their revised emoluments as on 31.03.2020 did not exceed Rs. 34250/- p.m.
Grant of Ad-hoc Bonus to the Govt. approved Part time Teachers and Contractual Whole Time Teachers of the Govt. General Degree Colleges, Govt.-aided Colleges for the year 2014-15.
Government expects that the employers in the unorganized sectors shall also pay bonus/ex-gratia to their workers before commencement of Durga Puja, 2017.
