Average daily liquid cash holding should not be more than Rs. 10000/- save in exceptional circumstances where approval from the higher authority must be taken.

Maintenance of Cash Book

Undisbursed amount of cash should be deposited to the Govt. account within three months. A certificate by DDO after physical verification of cash and record.
