Dearness Allowance

Dearness Allowance is granted as a percentage of the basic salary to mitigate the impact of inflation on the employees. Consumer Price Index is a determining factor to fix the rate of Dearness Allowance.

Grant of revised rate of Dearness Allowance to the whole time approved and regular teaching and non-teaching employees of DA getting schools (Primary), DA getting Anglo Indian Schools (Primary) and Pandits of Non-Govt. Sanskrit Tols in West Bengal with effect from 01.01.2015.
