Holiday List of West Bengal Board of Secondary Education 2014 vide No. Est/362/2013 dated 10.12.2013.
Holiday List of West Bengal Board of Secondary Education for the year 2017 which is applicable for all recognized secondary schools in West Bengal.
Governor is pleased to declare the following days as Public Holidays under Section 25 of the Negotiable Instrument Act, 1881.
Due to Covid-19 Pandemic, the High Madrasah, Alim and Fazil Examinations of the Board has been scheduled to be held in the month of June, 2021 in lieu of the month of February. Considering the above changes the list of holidays for the academic session 2021 needs to be adjusted accordingly.
Uniform list of maximum number of holidays to be observed in the academic session – 2016 (01.01.2016 to 31.12.2016). The total number of Holidays in the Academic Year would be fixed at 65 days.
Fateh-Dwaj-Daham will fall on Sunday i.e 04-01-2015 which is a public Holiday under N.I Act and on 24-12-2015, Thursday which has already been notified as holiday.
You are advised not to conduct any examination in your school on 6th September, 2022 . In case, if such examination is already scheduled, then all concerned are advised to postpone the same.

This year Karam Puja festival will be celebrated on 14th September, 2024 (Saturday). Governor has been pleased to declare State Government Holiday on the 14.09.2024.
As regular classes are suspended due to covid pandemic, the list of holidays is as per holiday list of West Bengal Govt. No holiday can be adjusted for months when regular classes will remain suspended.
