Land Purchase
Land Purchase refers to the process of acquiring ownership of land through a legal transaction, typically involving negotiation, agreement, payment, and registration to transfer property rights from the seller to the buyer.
Direct purchase of land for public purpose mainly involving the early commissioning of infrastructure projects like roads, bridges, food godowns, drinking water, flood protection and other similar projects in rural and/or urban areas.
Proforma application for Land Acquisition/ Direct Purchase Mutation the undersigned is directed to request him to utilize the proforma in submitting application through LA module for mutation of acquired/ directly purchased land.
