No company shall act as an ODTTA within the State of West Bengal unless such a company has obtained an Agent’s license from the Transport Department.

Conduct of On Demand Transportation Technologies Aggregators

The ODTTA must not own or lease any vehicle, employ any driver or represent itself as a taxi service, unless also registered as a taxi operator under the applicable law(s).
