Recognition is the act of identifying, acknowledging, or validating someone or something, whether for achievements, familiarity, or importance, fostering value, trust, or acceptance.
As directed, I am to inform you that the WBCHSE is going to add new facility in the existing online portal on and from 27th of April, 2023 for submission of Academic Applications.
Any existing unrecognized School failing to apply for recognition within stipulated time will be violating the provision of the RTE Act and appropriate action will be taken.
This is to inform that at the time of Extension of Recognition, the Madrasah authority concerned will have to comply the 15 (fifteen) points of the checklist which is enclosed herewith for their convenience.
West Bengal Council of Higher Secondary Education is going to introduce a new online portal for submission of Academic Applications.
These bye-laws may be called the West Bengal Board of Secondary Education (Recognition of Unaided Institution) Bye-laws, 2007.
The enrolment of class I to class X is required to be furnished as on 31.03.2015. The enrolment figure of class XI and class XII is to be furnished separately as on 31.03.2015.
West Bengal Council of Higher Secondary Education provides recognition to any School for 2 years only. Renewal of Recognition is mandatory and should be applied by 30th of June.
Madrasahs which are enjoying extension of recognition shall have to apply afresh for further extension along with documents and deposit of extension fees.
