West Bengal Backward Classes (Other than Scheduled Castes and Scheduled Tribes (Reservation of Vacancies in Services and Posts) Act, 2012, the Governor is pleased hereby to amend the Schedule-II appended to the said Act.

West Bengal Public Service Commission (Exemption from Consultation) Regulations, 2008 is amended to exempt following posts from consultation.

Applications in prescribed Form are invited for the posts of Assistant Teachers in the Govt. Aided/ Sponsored Primary/ Junior Basic Schools under the District Primary School Councils/ Primary School Councils of West Bengal to fill up the vacancies.
