Every appointing authority may maintain Registers of Appointments (RoA) online in the modified format in the web portal www.wbreservation.gov.in developed by the Backward Classes Welfare Department.

Maintenance of Register of Appointment (ROA) of the schools against the vacancy created due to transfers of teachers and appointments of the transferee staff to the new school.

Roster Points (RP) of the Register of Appointment (RoA)
The transfer of employees from one organization to another, requires adjustment of the vacancies whereby the transferred employee is fitted in appropriate ‘Roster Points’ of the ‘Register of Appointment’.
