Part Time Teachers, Contractual Whole Time Teachers and Guest Teachers as prescribed by the University Grants Commission and as followed by the West Bengal College Service Commission, will be renamed as State Aided College Teacher.

State Aided College Teachers (SACTs) of Government Engineering & Technological Colleges are entitled to avail of 14 (fourteen) days casual leave in a calendar year with full remuneration.

Part Time Teachers and Guest Teachers having qualification for being appointed as teachers in the colleges as prescribed by the UGC/ AICTE, as applicable and as followed by the West Bengal Public Service Commission, will be renamed as State Aided College Teacher.
