Introduction of “Taruner Swapna” by Netaji Subhash Chandra Bose as non-evaluative supplementary reader for class X students in all Secondary schools from the academic year 2025.

The main objective behind launching Taruner Swapna Scheme is to facilitate the students to connect their studies with technology. Under this Scheme, Rs 10,000/- will be provided as financial assistance to students to purchase Tablet/ Smartphone/ PC.

Functions of Head of Institutions in respect of Taruner Swapno Scheme
School/HoI will have to distribute the blank forms (Annexure-F) to all concerned student beneficiaries of class-XI and collect the duly furnished formats with relevant documents for updating student specific data in BSP.

Functions of the Students in respect of Taruner Swapno Scheme
All students enrolled in class-XI in different Government/ Government Aided/ Sponsored Schools/ Madrasahs are eligible for Taruner Swapno Scheme.

Functions of SI of School in respect of Taruner Swapno Scheme
SI/S will call all concerned student beneficiaries through respective HoI with all original records for verification of bank accounts.

About Taruner Swapna Scheme
Now Students of Class 11th are also eligible to apply for financial assistance of Rs. 10,000/- to purchase smartphone/ mobile phone or tablet PC under this scheme.
