Authority may make allotment of fund relating to Non-Plan expenditure for Salary Items and Non-Salary Items up to 33% of the whole year’s budget provision.

Memorandum for Vote on Account Budget 2013-2014
The Administrative Departments/ Controlling Authorities may now make allotment of fund relating to Non-Plan expenditure for Salary Items upto 33% and Non-Salary Items upto 25% of the whole year’s budget provision.

West Bengal Appropriation (Vote-on-Account) Bill, 2013 passed by the West Bengal Legislative Assembly has received the assent of the Governor of West Bengal.

Allotment Order on Passing of Vote-on-Account Budget
All Departments should immediately issue orders of allotment to their subordinate offices. It may be noted that no bill will be passed by the Treasury without an allotment order.
