Perhaps no D.A. will be declare, another I R. may be declare in future before the implementation of ensuing Pay Commission report.
It may be allowed (heard) another IR in Jan,17.
Here is the Article from today’s Bartaman Patrika
Please provide the detail calculation of Interim Relief with example.
10 % interim relief of Pay band from 01/07/2016 means :
i) At first multiply 1.03% to previous B.P. and rounded the figure by 10 to get new B.P.
ii) Then new B.P. – G.P. = Pay in pay band on 01/07/2016.
iii) Now calculate 10 % of Pay in pay band.
iv) Lastly make gross total and add 10 % of Pay in pay band (iii).
IT MAY HELP YOU
I’m allowed pg scale w.e.f. 25.03.2010(notionally) & actually on 1.06.2016. My BP was 15850 & grade pay 4700 on 25.03.2010. what is the amount of my interim relief?
Friends, I need a help from you. I am a DDO (Approver).
I have made a mistake during Interim Relief calculation in the HRMS module. I have wrongly calculated Interim Relief before calculating the increment.
I am not able to edit the Order for Interim Relief as it is showing to be approved data.
Though I have corrected the Interim Relief in the Salary Component of Employee using the Edit Option, the Order for Interim Relief still showing the old value.
There are numerous instances where increment as on 01/07/2016 has been deferred by few months due to Leave Without Pay etc. Now, if the employee is not drawing any increment on 01/07/2016 owing to deferment of annual increment as on 01/07/2016 to any succeeding month then which pay band should be taken into account for calculation of Interim Relief? Is it the actual pay band without increment as on 01/07/2016 or not? please share your valuable opinions in this regard.
sir, i want to ask you for how long will this interim relief be paid to us?
i have heard that it will be stopped when the 6th pay commission will start
and the total amount of I.R. will be deducted from our arrear
is it true?
what was happend in the 3rd pay commission when I.R. was given to the employees
There is no hard and fast rules…..as per de-facto practice, Interim Relief shall be paid to the employees till the implementation of the recommendations of the 6th Pay Commission. Once the recommendations become implemented, the Interim Relief paid shall be adjusted with the arrears due to revision of pay and allowance since revision shall take effect (presumably notionally) on and from 01/01/2016. Your apprehension is true.
