    One of my relatives is an Assistant Teacher in Primary School. She joined on 08.11.2003. She is going to complete her 10 years this year. She availed EOL without pay of 20 days in 2004 and 17 days in 2005. The EOL was duly condoned by concern authority. Kindly advise her about the followings:
    I) by which date she will be eligible for 10 years benifit? Will this be 01.11.2013 or 08.11.2013 or 09.12.2013?
    II) she got her first annual increment on 21.11.2004 (20 days advanced counted from 01.11.2004) and second increment on 18.11.2005 (17 days advanced from 01.11.2005). Were these considerations correct while calculating date of effect of annual increment?
    Kindly note that the service book was duly approved by the then S.I.
    Will be awaiting for the valuable advises from this forum at the earliest.

    She will enjoy her 10 years benefit on 08/11/2013.
    Last Annual increment came on 01/11/ 2005.for this particular case certainly . But according ROPA 2009 all increment will be made on 01/07/year.
    Thanks all of you.

    @mihiracharya,
    20+17=37 days EOL have no effect on the 10 years’ benefit. How is it possible?
