Most probably the Roster Point of 4th, should be R.P. No. 6, 5 th will be 7th of the R.P.

Take a resolution indicating this appointment wrongly made the then School Authority due to ignorance. This Violation will not be repeated in future. Then the Roaster should send to the BCW department for authentication. They will give an order to take the 2nd post of roster SC with authentication.
