Its almost impossible for various reasons:
First, when you took admission to your first college, the School Managing Committe (SMC) made a resolution to depute you and release for joining that Particular college. Now if you want to join another college, your SMC will have to make fresh resolution to depute you and release for that particular college on a later date. This is technically not possible.
Secondly, you need to register with the university from a particular college (generally its done in the first year of a course). Now if the process of registration have been completed from your first college, you cannot take admission and register yourself with the university from another college, for its illegal.
