Hi, this is rana chatterjee, working as DEO @ Katwa1 Panchayat Samiti, Burdwan, highly confused with latest promotion notification No. 1301/PN/O/4P-2/2013 DT. 28/03/2013 is attached herewith, pls read point 6 of the notification.
What is rumored : 5 five posts are vacant in Burdwan District. Prsently 2 DEOs (incl me) have the required qualification. Both of us belong to Gen category.
Question is : 1. 50% vacancy in case of 5 seats- how many promoted, 2 or 3?
2. If 2, how many will be reserved?
3. Which points roster to be followed?
In case of said order, what modifications to be made in p&rds end, so that we can get our promotion?
