We all know very well about a para teacher. A para teacher is highly educated and give enough labor to their school though they are neglected in every way.
If you search, then you will find that every para teacher are loved by their students. This is only because of their hard work. Now Government is giving a huge number of teacher in every school to make a standard ratio between teacher and students. If Government put all para teachers in new vacant post according to their qualification, then the headache of Government taking para teacher will settle and the future of many para teacher’s family will also secure.
This is just my point of view. Please think about it positively.

Whats sir ABP told, i appreciate this. Please Mr aziz, try to clear msc or ssc if possible. i was a guest faculty of some colleges & universities and hence i can feel the problem, after trying 4 years i got the msc. So try your best,
