I am the AHM of my school and recently appointed as a TIC . Now the Question is Who will act as an Academic Secretary of the Academic Council. I or any other Academic Member can be. Because as I am the TIC now, I am the president of the Academic Council.
You are right, now you are the President of Academic Council. As far as I know there is no such G.O. about it. So you may choose another person from your approved 2 years experienced teachers and select the Secretary from the members of academic council to solve the problem.
