actually what is mean by suppressed and consealed fact in service?
Literally, Suppression and Concealment mean the same thing.
Suppression of fact is one’s not providing the informations regarding (at the time of appointment)- 1. Academics, 2. Criminal cases, if any, 3. Academic or professional degrees after appointment, 4. Marital Status (Working spouse), 5. Exact earning per annum and many more.
Providing false information is also liable to punishment/ impeachment.In this vew can my case is suppressed and con sealed case ?I am fear and nervousness and anixty .I am an orthopaedic handicapped person and this service my life Lin pleze farther advice me
@bijon You need not worry friend. If your present job demands only MP and ITI passed as qualification, you have provided these two only during selection procedure. And your PVR will be conducted on the basis of that only. So, you will not face any difficulty in future, I think. Just relax.
