I have joined in the post of A.T in Statistics on 28/8/2010, but still now my post is not retained due to lack of student issue and now my service is going to touch 7 years.
My post sanctioning memo confirms that the post should be retained after two years.
I wants to know weather I will be able to use medical leave (M.L) after two complete years or, if I use it will be considered as a without pay leave?
Please share any g.o or, document regarding the said issue.

It (retention) is done by the school authority in time. Why the school is silent? Of course, you are getting your salary. After completion of two years continuous and satisfactory service, school authority ought to retained the post by the DIS(SE). Now you contact to your DI office.

They are unable to retain the post due to lack of student availability to the corresponding subject.
Weather I may use my M.L or, if I take a continuous leave due to any personal reason it will be treated as a without pay???
