I qualified Ph.D Degree on 6th Nov. 2010 and applied for two addl. increment to DIS(Sec. Edn.,Burdwan).DIS informed me that the prayer can not be considered as I obtained Ph.D Degree on Nov.6th 2010 which is after 18th August 2005 a cut off date as per G.O. No. 37-SE/ES(s)/5P-33/2010 dated 05.01.2012.But from Anandabazar Patrika (Dated 5th july 2012), I have noticed that the said Govt. order has rejected.In this context my queries–
(i)Is there any chance to get 2 addl. increment.
(ii)Are there any recent circular from Education Deptt.
(iii)Then what I have to do.
Some people have already appealed to the court regarding this issue; but no revision is yet published. So, its difficult to predict anything at this moment.
Pls get the reproduction of recent court judgments with reference to which you may resubmit prayer to D.I. for reconsideraton of your case. I think the decision would remain pending in the hand of D.I. till a fresh G.O. is issued from the Education Deptt. Best wishes.
