My niece admitted in a school which is 3.5 km from residence before the admission started in the nearby school which is 1.5 km . Now the head teacher of the nearby school did not admit her because he knew that she already admitted in a school.D.I. also said that he had nothing to do.Now please advice what can be done to admit my niece in the nearby school in rajarsi.banerjee@gmail.com

It is the sole responsibility of the D.I. concerned as per RTE Act. You should write to D.I. and wait for disposal of the complaints.
