If a student who has been admitted under RTE Act but after two or three months he/she quits the school suddenly. can the school claim for the fee? and what shall be done in this case?

I am an H.M. of Aladipur High School (Malda), my school is under RMSA (Govt. Sponsored), I want to know that during admission can I receive admission fees ( within Rs.240)? If I can do it, will you inform the G.O. regarding Govt. Sponsored Institution? Again, sir, pl. inform me when the Memorandum of M.C. formation will be published?

My Daughter have taken admission in primary class 1st. But the teacher of said class is not done her job good. My daughter didn’t want to sit in the class. The another class like 2 nd or 3 rd where the teacher is good , she says to sit in that class will it possible as per the rte act 2009.
