please give any G.O about maternity leave for adoptive mothers

As you have asked for the G.O. in this Section, it is presumed that the G.O. for the Teachers has been sought for. However here are the texts of the G.O.s for both the Govt. Employees and for the Teachers to avoid a miss. Check below for Child Care Leave in respect of adopted child (for Govt. Employees) also.
1. For Govt. Employees

MEMORANDUM
Sub: Child adoption leave.
The matter of Child adoption leave was under active consideration of the Govt.
After careful consideration of the matter the Governor has been pleased to decide that if a female employee with less than two surviving children, adopts a child of less than 1 (one) year, she will be entitled to 135 days ‘Child adoption leave’.
For the ‘Child adoption leave’ period, salary drawn immediately before proceeding on leave shall be paid.
In continuation of child adoption leave she may avail leave of any kind due and admissible for a period up to one year or till the child is one year old, whichever is earlier. Even leave not due and commuted leave up to 60 days without production of Medical certificate is admissible.
This order shall take immediate effect from 01.10.2011.

ORDER
In terms of Finance Department Memorandum No. 9728-F(P) dated 24.10.2011, the facility of child adoption leave has been extended to the female Govt. employees. The matter of child adoption leave for the female Teaching and Non-teaching employees of Non-Govt. aided Secondary Schools of this State Govt. was under active consideration for some time past.
Now, therefore, in exercise of the power conferred by Sub-Section (1) & Sub-Section (2) (d) of Section 45 of West Bengal Board of Secondary Education Act, 1963 (West Bengal Act V of 1963), the Governor is hereby pleased to make the following amendment to the Management of Recognized Non-Govt. Institutions (Aided & Un-Aided) Rules, 1969 (hereinafter referred to as the said rules):-
AMENDMENT
In the appendix to the said rules, insert following sub-rule after sub-rule (4) of rule 8:-
(a) “(5) A female employee having less than two surviving children shall be entitled to child adoption leave of 135 days with full pay if she adopts a child less than 1 year of age. The female employee may avail herself of any kind of leave as may be due and admissible for a period upto one year or till the child is one (1) year old, whichever is earlier”,
(b) In rule 12, insert the following sub-rule after sub-rule 5:-
“(6) Child Adoption Leave.”
This Order issues with the concurrence of Finance Department vide their U.O. No. 4501-Gr.P (Service) dated 16.01.2012.
This Order takes effect from 01.10.2011 & shall remain in force until further Order.

3. Child Care Leave in respect of adopted child (for Govt. Employees)

MEMORANDUM
Subject : Child Care Leave in respect of adopted child.
The matter of extension of the benefit of Child Care Leave introduced under Finance Department’s Memo No. 1364-F(P), dated 15.02.2012 for legally adopted Child was under consideration of the Govt.
After careful consideration of the matter the Governor has been pleased to decide to extend the said benefit to the female Government Employees who legally adopted such child. All other conditions will remain same as in Finance Department’s Memo No. 9728-F(P), dated 24.10.2011 and Memo No. 1364-F(P), dated 15.02.2012.
This will take effect from 01.03.2013.
