One teacher has exhausted CL,all accrued MLs & 30 days commuted leave on medical ground in a single year.Can s/he apply to WBBSE through the Managing Committee for Advance ML for required no of days ( few days) ? S/he has no half average pay leave accrued in his/her account. Does anyone has this experience ? Those leaves are of yesteryear’s and salary was not deducted or MC did not sanctioned EOL at that time.Please reply asap.
