My joining date is 25/08/2011. I want to take advanced medical leave (with pay) on 20/02/2012 to 25/02/2012. Is there any facility regarding advanced medical leave in favour of me?

First of all I welcome you in this forum.
Dear member, as the period falls in the first year of Service, advance medical leave (with pay) cant be granted.
However, in extreme situation it may be granted by having permission from WBBSE.
