    Friend.,
As per order No. 323-SWe(Law) /ES/S/IA-01/2009 dated- 15th March, 2012. Col. No. 7. Proof of age for purpose of section 14-(1)Where a birth certificate under the Registration of Birth and Deaths Act. 1886(6 of 1886) of a child is not available for the purpose of admission in a school, proof of age of such child be taken from records from the Hospital or Sub-centre or ICDS centre, Certificate of Medical Practitioner or in absence of the above documents, on the basis the written declaration of the age of the child by the parent or guardian.
    2) The parent or the guardian submitting such written declaration shall have the responsibility of submitting a birth Certificate or any other documents as mentioned in sub-rule (1) Above, within a period of 6 months from the date of admission.
Now my question, if the guardian fails to produce any documents in favor of his/her child within the period of 6 months. What should we do as a Head of the School ? I think there is no any instruction about it . But it will be happen very near future.Isn’t partner?

Re: Age proof certificate at the time of addimission of seh
That may be a concern of a Head Teacher!
    But, in my opinion…
If anyone fails to produce the same, entire responsibility for non submission of such documents will be borne by the Guardian! Your responsibility is just to request him in writing to produce the doc before expiry of 6 month.
No one should be barred from pursuing elementary education for non submission of such doc.
