I am working for 2 years as a Sub Asst. Engineer. presently my BP:14230 with GP:4400. I am going to join Asst Engineer in another deptt vide PSC, through proper channel & service related documents are being transferred from present deptt. to new deptt. My new BP:21000 with GP: 5400. I would join on mid January 2013. whether I will be able to have annual increment of 3% on July as I am serving for the last two years & service is being continued. please help.

Recruitment through PSC in Assistant Engineer post is considered as fresh appointment and there no financial benefit is awarded to the newly appointed candidates.
Now, regarding increment of an employee on 1st July every year is applicable as per existing govt. rules.Re: Annual increment after joining another higher post vide
