I am group C employee in block ADA office, under the Director of Agriculture WB Gov. and under probation period. I want to sit for WBCS(EXE) exam. Hence please suggest me the procedure of getting NOC in this regard. whom should i appeal for permission to sit for the said exam. Is the any proforma of application to higher authority? please elaborate.
