Is the scheme applicable in case of employee joining the school after 2005.
Yes, employees who have joined after 2005 will also come under the purview of the pension scheme.
Rule 5.a) and 5.c) of DCRB Scheme (G.O. No. 136-Edn. , Dated: 15.05.1985) is modified vide G.O. No. 78-SE /1M-18/93 dated 18.05.1995, which clearly mentioned that, “it shall be presumed that they have opted for the Pension-cum-Gratuity benefit under the Scheme.”
