I am newly appointed typist in district judgeship. I want to apply for a better post in the same judge ship. What are the process to get on objection and through proper channel.
you have to move to ur higher authority for seeking a NOC for which you have to write an application mentioning all details. if possible, after obtaining NOC, application form for higher post that you are applying, forward it.
