Appointment of a person as Group D Staff on Temporary basis

Dear all friends, in my school there is no group D stuff at that moment.School have seek for the prior permission to the DI of schools for that post,but the post has not granted till now,so there is no person to ring the bell,to lock the class rooms etc.Is it possible & right to the school to appoint a person who will do these work on temporary basis and would be paid from the school fund ? Please reply . Thanks.

This is beyond Govt. G.A.rules.But for the greater interest of the school this illegal appointment may be
held with the full consent of the M.C. of the school.
