As per tradition the senior most teacher will take the charge after the M.C of the school makes resolution in favour of him/her. If she/she declines then any other competent teacher can do so. But the decision of M.C is final. If the school has an assistant headmaster then he must do the job of TIC (no rule so far, but the verdict of hon’ble court clearly points that). If he declines then any other competent person can take over the charge.
