Leave is granted to the learned advocate-on-record for the
petitioners to implead the West Bengal Primary Education Board
as additional respondent. Cause title of the writ petition shall be
amended suitably here and now. A copy of the amended writ
petition shall be served on the added respondent in two days.
I have heard Mr. Bhattacharya, learned senior advocate, in
support of the writ petition.
The version of the State would have to be known, having
regard to the points raised by Mr. Bhattacharya.
Since none has appeared for the State, I have requested Mr.
Tapan Kumar Mukherjee, learned senior Government advocate to
place the State’s version. The Legal Remembrancer shall
regularize the engagement of Mr. Mukherjee. A copy of the writ
petition shall be made over to Mr. Mukherjee by today. -: 2 : –
Put up the writ petition on 10th November, 2014 under the
same heading.
After hearing Mr. Mukherjee, I shall hear Mr. Sanyal, learned
advocate for the District Primary School Council.
The interim order passed earlier shall continue till 17th
November, 2014 or until further orders, whichever is earlier.
