we submitted arear pay bills of our six emoloyees amounting total ₹4000/-(approx) to our P&A Office.But they denied to pass the bills with the saying that“arrear bills cannot be passed with Allotment OA“.But we know this type of bills may be passed in anticipation of allotment.Is it justified?If it is,how can we convince them?
There is no such Govt. Order has yet been passed for passing this kind of bills in anticipation of allotment fund. But dont worry, it is expected to be passed soon. Last year the same incident took place.
