Dear friends,
I like to share a true but hard fact of my life:
My father who was a Gazetted Officer of the state died while on duty at his age of 42 in 1976, at that time I was a little boy of 8+ having one elder brother and one eldest sister with my mother who was just 34 at that time. In one of the service records the nomination record were not found and for that the Death-cum-Retirement Benefits also we have to share with my Grand’mon who was septuagenarian at that time, the sharing part was 1/3rd. another 1/3rd was given in the name of the 3 minor children of my father and the remaining 1/3rd given in the name of my mother.
I have no idea still now, about the DcRB Rules, I don’t know government has made any amendments of the rules or not.
