Dear friends,
M.C has decided that all of those teachers who has to travel 3 to 4 hrs to reach the school, can depart 15 to 10 mints before the actual departure time. My question is that, the school management or the concern teachers will have to face any problem? School audit will have any problem?(with proper resolution)

Say, the last period continue to 4-30 p.m. A or few teacher(s) has/have to given their departure time-4-30 p.m. though they left school 4-15 p.m. It is possible, if the M.C. is agreed to allow to do so. But think a case, if the A.I./S.I./D.I. or their representatives are visited the school in the eleventh hours of the school and found that the 5 or 6 or 8 etc. teachers had gone before the time of departure (4-30) giving the time of departure (4-30), then what will be happened? Is the M.C. managed the case?
By the by , no doubt your M.C. is very kind-heart.
No,there will be no reflection about the time of arrival and departure.

No, basically those teachers who left the school at 4:15 pm they actually advised to give the departure time 4:15, not 4:30. And it will not count as a early departure. My query is that will this kind of departure time causes any problem to those teacher or the management.

Teachers will stay at school till the school hours is over. Some of the teachers put their departure at 4-30 p.m., others 4-15 p.m.- is not possible. This may harm to such teachers. In attendance register, departure at 4-15 p.m. will be considered as “early departure”.
And for such 3 early departure in a month,a CL or half average pay may be deduct from his/her deposit or without pay for 1(one) day for such 3 early departure in a month. If there is any resolution about this departure made by the M.C.,then it may be consider, other wise not. And such resolution may be collect and should keep for own protection.

The G.O memo no N/S/212,dated 20-03-2013 clarifies that one day’s casual leave will be deducted for every 3(three) day’s Late attendance in a Calendar month.There has not any clarification about the Early departure of any stuff in a govt aided school.
