Hello Dear Friends, Consider the following situation:
15.04.2014: Bengali New Year 16.04.2014: Working Day
17.04.2014: Holi Thirsday
18.04.2014: Good Friday
19.04.2014: Easter Saturday
20.04.2014: Sunday
21.04.2014: Easter Monday
There is only 1 working day 16.04.2014 from 15.04.2014 to 21.04.2014.
If an employee will not go on 16.04.2014, then he will join 22.04.2014 after 14.04.2014 and 7 consecutive days will be counted and 7 Medical Leave will be counted from 15.04.2014 to 21.04.2014. Is there any latest rules for the Casual Leave to take 16.04.2014 as a Casual Leave only and avoid the Medical Leave?
