Can anybody upload the order of education deptt. or the High Court which clearly states that the AHM of a non govt. aided school must act as the TIC of the same school in absence/ after retirement of the Headmaster. No one other than the AHM should become TIC even the Managing Committee unanimously decides to do so.

When AHM is present why look for a TIC? AHM will act as like as the HM till the vacant (HM)filled up.
Where there is neither HM nor AHM then the question of TIC arises.
