    Sir,
    i am an asst. master in physics under W.B.Sub.E.S. appointed by WBPSC. my band pay is 9000-40500 and grade pay 4800. do i have the power of attestation?

    I come to know that attestation of documents like mark-sheet, admit card, cast certificate can not be attested for closed relatives. Pls let me know upto which family jurisdiction i should not attested?
    can i attested mark-sheet of my sister’s daughter?.
    I am an assistant rank central gov. officer whit GP Rs.4800/- in PB-2.

    Is is mandatory for the Gazetted officers to attest ? Can it be enforced ? Who else other than Gazetted officers can attests I mean like Notaries etc
