If not, may I request you, to create a new one with all requisite papers for Pry. Teacher (not for FAMILY only).

@ Mr. Tarun, this utility is only for W.B.Govt Employee only. i.e family pension for the dependent ( widow / divorce /unmarried daughter/ physically handicraft son/ daughter etc) of retired / deceased pensioner/ family pensioner. It is not applicable for school teacher. I have no idea about school teacher’s requisite pension papers for superannuation pension.
@nhoque: Dear friend, Thanks for the utility. I think pension paper/calculation for all departments including the the primary schools is more or less the same. However, in your utility I cannot use date of joining or date of birth according to need. Please modify it so that en employee’s age can be minimum 19 years and service length can be minimum 1 year as this kind of things happen in unfortunate deceased case. Thanks once again.
