my total service experience is above 6 years , i have completed B.Ed in 2012-13 as a deputed candidate. now i have selected through 12th RLST near my hometown, but HM is not releasing me. HM is telling that I have to serve the school 3 years more. my question is whether HM can bind myself for 3 years more?
