B. ED before confirmation of service

HI,
I would like to know from the informed persons if anyone can be a deputed candidate before his/her confirmation (i.e before completing two years of service).
I have not yet completed two years of service but my H.M is willing to send me as a deputed candidate for regular B. Ed.

H.M may send not more than two teachers who are not over 45 years of age on 30th June and have rendered at least one year’s continuous service against a permanent post in the school from which deputed on the 30th June of the year of the deputation. Those teachers whose period of service falls short of one year referred to above are also eligible for deputation provided they worked in a recognized secondary school previously for at least 2 years and held permanent posts.
