Dear friends,
according to the news advertisement to recruit primary teachers is going to be notified shortly. Now according to the news B.ED trained candidate will get the same marks allotted for the purpose of training as the D.Ed trained in the recruitment. Is that news correct? if yes will it conform to the NCTE notification. PLEASE NOTE THE DATE.
Again will the SSC candidate get the same marks for their D.Ed (if any one posses) as the B.Ed owners would get?
The matter is too easy for me too understand. Please give your opinion from legal point of view also.
Thanks,September 25, 2012 at 1:10 pm #74442AnonymousInactiveB.Ed IS NOT EQUIVALENT D.EI.Ed .
D.EI.Ed course for PRIMARY TEACHER and it’s qualification is H.S.
B.Ed course for SECONDARY TEACHER and it’s minimum qualification is Graduate.
A B.Ed teacher may apply for primary school but a D.EI.Ed with H.S.? He is not illegible for Secondary School. B.Ed or D.EI.Ed is a training for upper primary and primary respectively. When a teacher with D.EI.Ed is appointed in primary School and a teacher with B.Ed is appointed in Secondary School then the marks allotted for the training received by them.September 25, 2012 at 7:32 pm #74457AnonymousInactive@Mihir: Thanks friend for the reply. Now let me request you to clarify the following points:
but a D.EI.Ed with H.S.? He is not illegible for Secondary School.
If a candidate is grduate( or have higher academic qualification) with D.El.Ed willl he earn marks for training?
A B.Ed teacher may apply for primary school
will he get marks for the training? if yes does it not violet the NCTE norms (because the date 31st dec 2012) has already been passed?
B.Ed or D.EI.Ed is a training for upper primary and primary respectively.
I have doubts. I think D.El.Ed is for classes I-VIII and B.Ed is for secondary section (classes VI-X) [amazingly no training ir required to teach higher classes say XI-XII or graduation-post-graduation. what a country?]
I am attaching some part of the SSC notification that shows 2yrs diploma is acceptable but surprisingly when the marks is alloted the term “D.el.Ed” has been avoided that creats the confusion.I request all friends(of course including Mihir babu) to discuss it elaborately .
Thanks,September 26, 2012 at 6:16 pm #74502AnonymousInactive1) D.Ed is the form of Diploma in Education.
2) D.EI.Ed is not equivalent to D.Ed.
3) D.EI.Ed is a training for Primary Teachers.
4) D.Ed is a training for Secondary Teacher.
5) D.EI.Ed with Higher Education will not be entitled to get numbers for the training (in secondary school)
6) B.Ed may get (according to curriculum ) marks in case of primary teacher.
7) I want to say “sab kshar is ksharak but sab ksharak is not kshar”.
** An untrained teacher shall complete his training within 31st March’14.
Thank you.September 27, 2012 at 9:04 am #74512AnonymousInactiveThanks you for the clarification. I will be much happy to get clarified on the timeline of applicability of B.ED degree for primary as mentioned in NCTE notification.
Thanks,October 26, 2012 at 4:53 pm #74978AnonymousInactiveFriend,
In the latest notification available in the this link: latest order for untrained teachers (post by sugata samanta on 26/10/12). Teachers up to upper primary may have qualification(with other alternative). Graduation(50%)+ 2yr D.EL.Ed. Is then D.El.Ed=B.Ed? if yes is then
1yrPTT+1 bridge course=D.El.Ed= B.Ed for Scc pass category?(as there is no different recritment for upper pry)
Totally confused. Waiting for your thoughtful opinions. -
